1. Who we are

Driving Diary is a SaaS platform for UK driving instructors. Contact: hello@drivingdiary.co.uk

2. What data we collect

Account details (name, email), lesson data, student details you enter, and usage analytics to improve the product. No payment card details — handled by Stripe.

3. How we use your data

To provide the service, send booking confirmations and reminders, and improve the platform. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Data storage

Data stored in encrypted EU servers (Paris, France). All connections are SSL/TLS encrypted. GDPR compliant.

5. Your students' data

You are the data controller for student data you store. We process it only as instructed by you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for processing student personal data.

6. Third-party services

Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR: access, correct, delete, export your data, or withdraw consent. Email hello@drivingdiary.co.uk.

Essential session cookies only. No advertising or tracking cookies.
